"In a late 12^th century castle, nestled on the costal cliffs of South Wales, overlooking the Bristol Channel, lies a college that is any/everything but mediaeveal.... ". Whether it continues to tell of various exploits in the terraced garden, eye opening discussions in the gothic dinning hall with people from all over the world, a new discovery made in the 25,000 plus book library or even a daring costal rescue as a member of the school managed inshore lifeboat (RNLI).

The class of 2008 were academically the college’s most successful year in its 46-year history. Seventy-six students, almost half of the graduating class of 163, received a total of 151 unconditional acceptances at top US universities, and 13 students were offered conditional places to study at Oxford and Cambridge.

Among the offers there were 21 acceptances to ivy league universities such as Dartmouth College, Brown University, Harvard University,Yale University and Princeton University.

The fees to cover full tuition and board for the academic term 2009-2011 were:

2009-2010: 21,000 GBP

2010-2011 23,000 GBP

Other expenses: Pocket money: 500 GBP/year; Project week : 0 - 120 GBP/year 
Medical Insurance included.
